Hi! My name is Piper Richardson. I teach ninth grade physical education as well as ninth grade English. I also teach tenth through twelfth grade Lifetime Fitness. I am the head cross country and head track coach here at Northeast High School. I truly enjoy teaching and coaching at the high school level. I teach great students so it makes my job seem so easy!
On the personal side, I was born and raised in Fort Scott, Kansas. Upon graduation, I attended Pittsburg State University where I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. I taught physical education for one year at Campus High School in Haysville, Kansas before coming to Northeast. I have been a part of the Northeast School District since 1992. My son, J.T. is a third grader at Northeast Elementary. In my spare time, (what spare time?) I officiate volleyball and basketball and then spend the rest of my spare time going to our children’s ballgames, ballgames and more ballgames!! We never seem to enjoy the word Boredom!!
