Meet Mrs. Wade

Hello! My name is Mrs. Wade. I teach second grade this year. I am excited to be at Northeast Elementary School.
This is my eighth year of teaching. I have previously taught preschool, first grade, and third grade. In 1999, I graduated from the University of Kansas with a Human Development and Family Life --- Early Childhood Education degree. After a few years, I decided to go back to school and graduated from Pittsburg State University in 2005 with a Master's degree in Elementary Education. I hope to continue my education and pursue another Master's degree in Reading from PSU.
I live in Pittsburg, Kansas. My husband is Shane Wade, a third grade teacher at Northeast Elementary School. We have been married just over a year and expect our first child in late February. I look forward to a great year!
