Meet Mrs. Wade

Hello! My name is Mrs. Wade. I teach fourth grade this year. I am excited to be at Northeast Elementary School for another great school year.
This is my tenth year of teaching. I have previously taught preschool, first grade, third grade, and fifth grade. In 1999, I graduated from the University of Kansas with a Human Development and Family Life --- Early Childhood Education degree. After a few years, I decided to go back to school and graduated from Pittsburg State University in 2005 with a Master's degree in Elementary Education. I hope to continue my education and pursue another Master's degree in Reading from PSU.
I live in Pittsburg, Kansas. My husband is Shane Wade, a third grade teacher at Northeast Elementary School. We have been married for almost three years. Shane and I have a son, Spencer, who is one year old. We also expect our second child in early April. I look forward to a fantastic year with the best students around!
