The Board held a Special Meeting to discuss planning for the development of BOARD GOALS.
A rigorous and productive conversation took place regarding the steps desired to develop a shared set of goals for the District. The Board agreed that the first step is to meet again and, as a Board team, brainstorm areas of District strength and weakness and then develop goals for the areas of agreement and strategies for stake holder input in areas that are not a clearly defined.
Board President Broyles scheduled a SPECIAL MEETING for Monday, August 27th at 7:00 PM with two agenda items:
1) Board goal setting and strategy development.
2) Discussion and potential action on new Board Policy.
