The board briefly discussed a possible addition to instructional policy.  This proposed policy change would define circumstances where a high school student would be allowed to attend another local school district to participate in a vocational program not otherwise offered at Northeast.  Further study was called for.  The issue will be readdressed at a future date.

The board re-emphasized its desire to hear from staff and patrons regarding the goals it is developing.
