...Special Board Meeting Notes

The Board meeting's purpose was to serve as a linkage with CLASSIFIED STAFF.
Staff in attendance were asked to review and discuss the Board's progress to date on goals for the District, to discuss items of interest in the Classified Staff Handbook and to discuss ideas for a future climate survey.
The staff were asked to think about the issues in terms of the following three key questions:
1) What things are we doing well? These are practices we should
protect and enhance.
2) What things are not working? These are practices we should stop
doing to free up resources.
3) What new and innovative ideas should we study and possibly
implement?
Approximately twenty classified staff and community members participated. The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 PM.
