Special Guest Star

Mr. Mahnken's reading group had a special guest perform for their class last Friday. Mrs. Norma Hiatt awed the students with some specially selected tunes on her violin/fiddle, and her cello.
The students had been reading the realistic fiction story,"Yang the Third and Her Impossible Family". Mrs.Hiatt related the story to her own life and that of Mary Yang's."Practice, practice,practice ", she told them.The students have already asked her to come back and do an "encore".
