Local Celebrity Jams for 5th Grade

Local singer/songwriter Shane Duling put on a concert for the fifth grade on September 5th.His songs can be heard on local stations as well as live at almost any venue around the area. Shane is a self-taught guitar player who loves to jam whenever he can.He is currently in Branson, Mo. recording his second album.

Shane plays his guitar and sings one of his many songs that he has written.

Shane answered many questions and signed autographs for nearly forty students. He also visited Mr. Mahnken's class last year while recording his first album. Shane's song"Where I Live" was featured on CMT's Hometown Video Contest and received fourth place in the nation.The kids are already asking to have him perform another mini-concert. "I'll come back again," he said, "these kids from Northeast are awesome!"
