The Regular Meeting of the Northeast Site Council of Northeast Unified School District No. 246, Crawford County, Kansas, was held on Thursday, January 15, 2009 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the High School Music Room.
The following were present: Alan Roberts, Michelle Pryor, Ronda Fincher, Greg Bogina, Teresa Yarnell, and Roger Horn.

I. CALL TO ORDER
The Regular Meeting was called to order by Alan Roberts at 6:30 p.m.
II. DISCUSSION ITEMS
- History of the Site Council
- Goals of Meetings-Public Invitations
- Appointment of Records Secretary-Michelle Pryor
- Appointment of Council Chair-Tabled for February meeting
- Calendar of 2009 Meetings as follows: February 4th, March 4th, April 15th, May 6th all on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at the High School Music Room
- Accreditation Process and QPA
III. ADJOURNMENT
Alan Roberts adjourned meeting at 7:30 p.m.
