The Regular meeting of the Northeast Site Council of Northeast Unified School District No. 246, Crawford County, Kansas, was held on Thursday February 26, 2009 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the High School Music Room.
The following were present:
Alan Roberts, Michelle Pryor, Ronda Fincher, Greg Bogina, Teresa Yarnell, Roger Horn, Jenifer Olrich, Wesley Streeter, Stephanie Underwood, Jim Zibert, Craig Stokes, Brenda Stokes, Denise Richard

I. CALL TO ORDER
The Regular Meeting was called to order by Alan Roberts at 6:30 p.m.
II. DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. Objective of the Site Council
- 2. Goals for Meetings
- 3. Appointment of Chair Person Brenda Stokes
4. Hazards of the drop off area for the children at the Grade school/ Junior High
- 5. Parking concerns along North Winifred Street.
- 6. List to improve needed maintenance areas in High School for Sub-State
Calendar for 2009 Meetings as follows:
March 4th
April 15th
May 6th Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. at the High School Music Room.
Next Meeting; Grade School drop off; suggestions for improvement
Parking issues along North Winifred Street.
