The Regular meeting of the Northeast Site Council of Northeast Unified School District No. 246, Crawford County, Kansas, was held on Wednesday March 4, 2009 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the High School Music Room.
The following were present: Alan Roberts, Michelle Pryor, Ronda Fincher, Greg Bogina, Teresa Yarnell, Roger Horn, Brenda Stokes, Craig Stokes, Jennifer Ulrich, Stephanie Underwood, Jim Zibert
-PROCEEDINGS OF MEETING-
I. CALL TO ORDER
The Regular Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Brenda Stokes
at 6:30 p.m.
II. DISCUSSION ITEMS
A, Suggested solutions for drop off area at the grade school
1. teachers rotating outside to assist kids inside
2. parking in vacant spots only not 15 minute parking
3. no dropping off at all in parking lots
4. Have the “walking” children leave at a later time.
5. One way streets going East and West
6. One way street from 7-9 am and again from 2-5 pm
7. Having one way streets on the South side of the grade school every weekday from 7 am to 4 pm and regular two way traffic on weekends.
B. Parking along North Winifred
1. No parking on South bound Winifred
Site Council will meet again on April 1 at 6:30 pm to put together a presentation to be given to the Board of Education at the April 13th Meeting regarding the two issues and the final proposed solutions.

A. Curriculum Council Duties and suggestions for scheduling
B. Maintenance of High School Building for Sub-State – Walk Through
Items for April 14th meeting; Current budget of District
Communication with Community
IV. ADJOURNMENT
