Northeast Elementary/Junior High Enrollment Set

Enrollment for Kindergarten
through Grade 8 for children who will attend the Northeast
Attendance Center will be on Monday, July 27, 2009, from 8:00 A.M.
to 12:00 and 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. Follow the signs to the
enrollment area.
In order to enroll, children must be five
years of age on or before August 31, 2009. Parents of kindergarten
students who have not previously enrolled are to please bring the
child’s state birth certificate, immunization records, and social
security card.
Kindergarten through Grade 5 fees will be
$25.00 per child (the fees include all supplies and weekly
readers). Grades 6 through 8 fees will be $20.00 per child, and
students will have to purchase supplies.
Evaughn Boswell, Food Service Director,
will also be collecting for breakfast and lunch. Northeast Unified
School District participates in the National School Lunch Program.
Free and reduced lunch applications are available. If you have
received an application for free/reduced lunches, please bring the
completed form to enrollment. Breakfast and lunch will begin on
Thursday, August 13th.
Please plan on paying for fees and the
Food Service Program on July 27th.
Northeast Junior High Principal, Lawrence
Hill, and Northeast Elementary Principal, Rhonda Fincher, will have
an open house on Wednesday, August 12th from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
Homeroom class assignments and Junior High Schedules will be handed
out at this time. Please plan on attending.
