Jon Jones

Hi, I'm Jon Jones. I am the Technology/Industrial Arts Instructor at Northeast High School. I have worked at the high school since August of 1990. I have also driven a school bus for the district since March of 1991.

I grew up in Independence, Kansas, where I attended Riley Elementary School, grades K-6. I also went to Independence Jr. High (7th & 8th), and Independence High School, "Home of the Bulldogs!", where I graduated in 1986.

I attended Independence Community College, and earned an Associate of Science degree in 1988. I also attended Pittsburg State University and was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in secondary education in 1990. I completed my Masters degree in Secondary School Administration in 2000.

I currently live in Pittsburg with my wife, Deana, and our dogs Dixie and Bonnie.
