...Screening and Application Day is Set

Parents of preschool age children should be sure to put Friday, April 22nd, 2005 on their calendars. The Northest Inclusive preschool program is holding a screening and application day for parents interested in enrolling their preschool age children in the program for the 2005-2006 school year. The program is a collaborative effort between USD 246, the Greenbush Service Center, Head Start and the Southeast Kansas Interlocal.
Although enrollment is limited an there are eligibility criteria, we encourage parents of all preschool age children to take advantage of the screening opportunities and find out more about the program. Children from low-income families, who meet more liberal "at-risk" criteria, or who have a disability may qualifiy for the services.
