Hi! My name is Melissa Sisney. I am teaching Title Reading in grades 3-5. This is my fifth year teaching at Northeast Elementary. Previously, I taught first grade for two years and a combination fourth/fifth grade class for three years.

I was born in Girard, KS and went through school there. I graduated from Pittsburg State University in December of 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. I love reading and math!

My husband Mike and I have three children. I am very excited to be teaching here at Northeast!
