H1N1 Vaccine Clinic

The Crawford County Health Department is offering the H1N1 vaccine to K-12 students in our school. Parent letters will be sent home with each student. If you want your child to to receive the vaccine, the consent form must be filled out, signed, and returned to school by Friday, November 13th. The date of the clinic will be scheduled when the health department has the vaccine available, probably later this month.
